1. Selection of installation ground

     The installation surface selected for the LCD splicing screen should be flat, because the entire system of the LCD splicing wall is relatively large in terms of volume and weight. The selected surface also needs to have a certain ability to bear weight. If the wall is made of ceramic tiles, it may not be able to bear its weight. Another point is that the installation surface should be anti-static. 

2. Precautions for wiring

     When installing the LCD splicing screen, pay attention to distinguishing its power line and signal line when wiring, and install them in different places to avoid interference. In addition, according to the size and installation position of the screen of the whole project, calculate the length and specifications of the various lines required, and calculate the needs of the whole project.

3. Ambient light requirements

     Although the brightness of the LCD splicing screen is very high, it is still limited after all, so the surrounding light of the selected installation environment should not be too strong. If it is too strong, you may not be able to see the picture on the screen. The light that may be incident near the screen (such as a window) should be blocked if necessary, and it is best to turn off the light when the device is running to ensure the normal operation of the device. Do not install lights directly in front of the screen, just install tube lights.

4. Framework requirements

      In order to facilitate the maintenance of the LCD splicing screen in the future, the frame must be detachable. A gap of about 25mm is reserved between the inner edge of the outer frame and the outer edge of the panel wall. For large panel walls, a margin should be appropriately increased according to the number of columns. In addition, in order to enter the box for later maintenance, the maintenance channel should not be less than 1.2m wide in principle. It is advisable to press the edge of the screen by 3-5mm for the detachable side strips, and fix the detachable side strips after the cabinet and the screen are completely installed in place.

5. Ventilation requirements

     In the maintenance passage, air conditioners or air outlets must be installed to ensure good ventilation of the equipment. The position of the air outlet should be as far away from the LCD splicing wall as possible (about 1m is better), and the wind from the air outlet should not be blown directly against the wall, so as to avoid damage to the screen caused by uneven cooling and heating.
